These small-group Vinyasa yoga sessions are designed for active bodies, blending smart movement with expert insight from an osteopath and former pro athlete. With just 6 spots per class, you’ll get the personal attention your body deserves.​

As a therapist, I often see clients who are strong, dedicated, and active—but struggling with limited flexibility. It’s a hidden weakness that can lead to injury, pain, and frustrating time away from the sport or activities they love. These classes are here to change that. We focus on building mobility, stability, and body awareness—so you can keep doing what you love, without setbacks.​
